Online purchases require flexibility and support. VIFA understands that and wishes to create a satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience for you.
The Return and Cancellation Policies below were written to accommodate customer’s needs and also to address the specific nature of our merchandise.

General Return and Cancellation Policies
Return Policy
Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.
For all returns, please Login to My Orders and submit a return request form to Customer Service Center within 7 days of receiving your order.
We only accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
1. Quality Issues:
The items with quality issues (including damaged and faulty goods) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order, but if the goods was damaged in transportation, please claim penalty to the forwarder.
2. Wrong Item Shipped:
We will exchange items once we’ve confirmed the item sent to you is not the style or color you ordered.
Requesting Refunds or Exchanges:
Please be ready to provide:
1. Original order number
2. Reason for exchange
3. Photographs clearly showing the problem with the item
4. Requested replacement item’s name, number and color
5. Your shipping address and phone number
If we shipped you the wrong item: You have the option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item, or 2) returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back.
If we shipped you an item in the wrong color: You are eligible for a full refund. (Perceived color difference due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.).
If we shipped you a defective item: You are eligible for a refund or exchange depending on the item category.
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase: You may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item involved.
Special notice:
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.
For the particularity of international business, if return the goods, it will refer to customs declaration, customs clearance, etc complex procedures, we suggest to sell in discount in local market if there is quality issues, and VIFA will compensate at some extent, but the compensation amount will not be more than the the goods value.
VIFA reserves the right to send out replaced goods, issue a refund, or provide credit.
Return and refunded policies are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
Many orders can be cancelled at no charge up before the order arranged. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.
- Full deposit refund on cancellations within 24 hours of ordering confirmed
- no refund of deposit on cancellations after 48 hours but within 7 days of ordering
- Refund of shipping fees only on cancellations after 7 days of ordering but before shipment
