Your placing order to Vifa indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any order, by purchase order, fax, phone, online or electronically to Yiwu Vifa Imp.&Exp. Co., Limited indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Price & Quantity:
A. Minimum order: US$10,000.00 per order. There will be a $300 additional charge for order below $10,000.
B. All prices, specification and packaging are subject to change without notice.
C. Prices not including client’s private printing, labeling and packing.
D. All merchandise is subject to availability at time of shipment.
Payment Methods:
A. Wire transfer- we accept wire transfer through HSBC Hong Hong, INDUSTRIAL BANK CO LTD, West Union, Paypal. Bank details will show on Proforma Invoice upon order confirmation; We will charge a 30 % deposit to start processing order, the balance including freight will be charged before shipping;
B. L/C- we accept sight L/C from Bank which has business connection with our bank only. For long term L/C, interest will be charged according to our bank interest rate.
Shipping Terms:
A. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in China Yiwu and Guangzhou.
B. All merchandise is sold FOB Ningbo, or Shenzhen China.
C. All freight charges to and from harbor need to be paid by buyer.
D. All bank charges for L/C (letter of credit) inside and out side China needs to be paid by buyer.
E. Cargo insurance needs to be paid by buyer.
F. If there is any other charges including but not limited to Form A, Certificate of Origin, Fumigation will need to be paid by the buyer.
G. All shipments before leaving our warehouse would be checked for quality, quantity, packaging, labeling, damage or brokerage, however accidents happen in shipping, therefore at the time of receiving you should make claim through the shipping company. I. Upon request, we will pass on to you full shipping rate discounts and does not profit in any way from shipping
Order Acceptance Policy:
Receipt of your order by online, fax, phone, purchase order or email does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Your order is not a contract, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at particular prices. After you place an order, Vifa will determine whether or not to fill the order for any reason. Vifa reserves the right to refuse your order for any reason, including, but not limited to the unavailability of a product or error in the price and product descriptions posted in our offer sheet or website. By placing your order, you agree that Vifa total liability, for any claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to Vifa for the product. Buy placing your order, you also agree to all terms and conditions set forth anywhere on our website or offer sheet.
Cancellation Policy:
When orders are confirmed by both parties, cancellation will receive a 30% Restocking Fee.
Claims:
A. All claims must be approved by Vifa.
B. All claims must provide detailed defective report with photograph illustration. Vifa retains the right to check on spot.
C. Vifa is not responsible for lost shipment when buyer using his own forwarder. D. Vifa Co., Limited is not responsible for legal issues with regards to designs, trade marks, packages which goods are decided and ordered by buyer, should there be any dispute arising from infringement upon the third party's intellectual property right, it is the buyer to be held responsibility for it.
